Le Pavillon des Canaux

In case you haven’t seen all of those colorful Instagrams of the latest trendy cafe/resto, we’ll let you in on a little secret: it’s Le Pavillon des Canaux.  This atypical house turned restaurant gives us a whole new take on the cafe/resto/bar scene in Paris.

Big open doors welcome you to the space that is colorfully painted by street artists Supakitch and Alex One.  Every room in the house has it’s own particular vibe.  The owners created a free flowing ambiance where customers are free to explore and lounge in the rooms that please them most.  You can peek into the kitchen to see where your food is being prepared, snag a coffee at the bar on the first floor, and find a nook in one of the rooms.  If the weather is agreeable they have a beautiful terrace filled with umbrella covered tables that overlook the canal.

The food is fresh, tasty, and just as colorful as the walls of the building.  They offer everything from brunch to coffee to cocktails: you’ll find it all here. Best of all, the waiters are super friendly and work hard to make the experience perfect.  Everyone is buzzing with excitement when they sit down, and you can tell that they leave the Le Pavillon des Canaux satisfied and with expectations that have been exceeded.  This place is a gem for families, groups of friends, or individuals looking for a dreamy, cheery, and relaxed dining experience.  Oh–and did we mention that they offer weekly yoga classes?! This place might just be our new favorite spot!
